镜像疗法联合低频电刺激治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察镜像疗法联合低频电刺激治疗卒中后吞咽障碍(PSD)的疗效。方法选取2021年5月—2022年5月我院收治的60例PSD患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组在常规吞咽训练基础上配合低频电刺激训练,试验组在常规吞咽训练的基础上采用镜像疗法结合低频电刺激训练。比较两组的吞咽障碍、口腔运送时间(OTT)、洼田饮水试验分级。结果治疗前,两组吞咽造影(VFSS)评分、OTT比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组VFSS评分高于对照组,OTT短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组洼田饮水试验分级对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组洼田饮水试验分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论镜像疗法结合低频电刺激训练可以进一步改善脑卒中患者的吞咽功能。Objective To investigate the efficacy of combining mirror therapy with low-frequency electrical stimulation in the treatment of post stroke dysphagia(PSD).Methods Sixty PSD patients who visited our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received low-frequency electrical stimulation training in addition to routine swallowing training,while electrical stimulation training in addition to routine swallowing training,while the experimental group received mirror therapy combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation training alongside routine swallowing training.The dysphagia,oral transit time(OTT),and WaTian water test results were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in videofluoroscopic swallowing(VFSS)scores and OTT between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the VFSS score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the OTT was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the grading comparison of the two groups of Wadian drinking water test(P>0.05);after treatment,the grading of Wadian drinking water test in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mirror therapy combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation training can effectively enhance swallowing function in stroke patients.
