基于自我表露的健康教育联合回归社会技能训练对精神分裂症患者心理健康及社会功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于自我表露的健康教育联合回归社会技能训练在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选择临沂市精神卫生中心2021年3月—2023年3月收治的82例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于自我表露的健康教育联合回归社会技能训练,两组均持续护理2个月。对比两组患者的心理健康与社会功能。结果护理后,观察组症状自评量表评分为(199.33±32.34)分,低于对照组的(263.18±39.96)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组社会功能评定量表各个维度评分及总分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于自我表露的健康教育联合回归社会技能训练在精神分裂症患者中具有较好的应用效果,利于改善其心理健康状态,提升社会功能。Objective To explore the application effect of health education based on self disclosure combined with returning to social skills training in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 82 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Linyi Mental Health Center from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received health education based on self disclosure combined with regression skills training,both groups received continuous nursing for 2 months.The mental health and social function of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the Symptom Self-rating Scale score of the observation group was(199.33±32.34)points,which was lower than(263.18±39.96)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions and the total score of the Social Function Rating Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of health education based on self disclosure and returning to social skills training has a good application effect in schizophrenia patients,which is beneficial for improving their mental health status and enhancing social function.
