摘 要:高校专业课教师课程思政胜任力很大程度上决定了高校人才培养的质量。现选取江西省某师范院校专业课教师作为访谈对象,应用扎根理论进行质性研究,采取三级编码和饱和度检验等研究手段构建师范类高校专业课教师课程思政胜任力冰山模型。模型包括思政融入能力、专业育人能力、持续学习能力等显性胜任力特征和育人动机、传承世范、职业素养等隐性胜任力特征。该模型可在课程思政示范课评选、专业课教师课程思政建设能力培训、教师成果考核中发挥指导作用。The competence of professional course teachers in ideological and political education significantly affects the quality of talent cultivation in higher education.This study,conducted at a normal university in Jiangxi Province,selected professional course teachers as interview subjects and employed grounded theory to conduct qualitative research,through processes such as three-level coding and saturation check,a competence model,named the"Iceberg Model".This model was constructed for professional course teachers'competence in ideological and political education,comprises explicit competence characteristics,including the ability to integrate ideology and politics into teaching,the ability to cultivate students professionally,and the ability to engage in continuous learning,and it also includes implicit competence characteristics,such as the motivation to educate students,the inheritance of professional norms,and professional ethics.This model can serve as a guide for selecting exemplary ideological and political education courses,conducting training on competence in professional course teachers'ideological and political education,and assessing teachers'achievements.
