矿用刮板输送机变频调速控制方法研究

摘  要:由于现有的控制方法导致输送机的电能消耗量较高,且物料输送量较低,因此,需要着重研究矿用刮板输送机的变频调速控制方法。运用BP(Back Propagation)神经网络对刮板输送机的负载情况进行了预估,通过误差反向调节修正了模型中的连接权重,建立了电流信号与电机电流之间的函数关系,并将训练好的模型输出,得到了刮板输送机的负载预估值。同时,还确定了最高速度与给煤量之间的关系,对刮板输送机的设计参数进行了适当的调整,通过调整变频器开关的触发时序,以控制电机的供电电源频率,并计算出了变频器相应的速度信号,而变频器的输出频率能够对输送机的带速进行有效控制。实验结果表明,实验组输送机的电能消耗量为300 kW·h,物料输送量达到了290 t/h,可以更好地适应不同工况和物料流量变化的需求。Because the existing control methods lead to high energy consumption and low material delivery,it is necessary to study the frequency conversion speed regulation control method of mine scraper conveyors.BP(Back Propagation)neural network was used to predict the load of the scraper conveyor,and the connection weight in the model was corrected through error reverse adjustment,the functional relationship between the current signal and the motor current was established,and the trained model was output to obtain the load prediction of the scraper conveyor.At the same time,the relationship between the maximum speed and the amount of coal was also determined,and the design parameters of the scraper conveyor were properly adjusted.By adjusting the trigger timing of the inverter switch,the power supply frequency of the motor was controlled,and the corresponding speed signal of the inverter was calculated.The output frequency of the inverter can effectively control the belt speed of the conveyor.The experimental results showed that the energy consumption of the conveyor in the experimental group was 300 kW·h,and the material conveying capacity reached 290 t/h,which can better adapt to the needs of different working conditions and material flow changes.
