摘　　要：基于棠前商业中心所在地区住户的需求,对商业建筑的空调冷热源及排油烟方案进行了系统分析。通过了解苏州类似项目实际落地案例、结合系统使用功能、工程造价等多个方面要求,进行了综合比选,最终确定了符合项目使用需求,设备安装合理的设计方案。Based on the demand of the residents in the area where Tangqian Commercial center is located,this paper analyzes the air conditioning cooling and heat source and exhaust smoke scheme of commercial buildings.Through understanding the actual landing cases of similar projects in Suzhou,combined with the requirements of system use functions,engineering cost and other aspects,the comprehensive comparison and selection were carried out,and the design scheme that met the needs of project use and equipment installation was finally determined.
