摘  要:随着新能源汽车的快速发展,磷酸铁锂电池作为其核心能量,其性能监测与故障诊断对保障新能源汽车的顺畅运行有不可替代的作用。该文在观点论述的过程中,针对磷酸铁锂电池内阻的诊断提出了一种基于Simulink的磷酸铁锂电池内阻在线监测与故障诊断方法。在研究过程中,针对文中提出的内阻监测的基本原理进行了简单的说明,并构建了基于Simulink的内阻监测模型,还介绍了故障诊断的基本原理和基于数据分析的故障诊断方法。为印证文中给出方案的准确性,在最后通过实际案例,验证了Simulink在磷酸铁锂电池内阻监测与故障诊断中的有效性,希望为磷酸铁锂电池的安全运行和维护提供有力支持。With the rapid development of new energy vehicles,lithium iron phosphate batteries,as their core energy,play an irreplaceable role in ensuring the smooth operation of new energy vehicles through performance monitoring and fault diagnosis.In the process of discussing viewpoints,the article proposes an online monitoring and fault diagnosis method for the internal resistance of lithium iron phosphate batteries based on Simulink.During the research process,a brief explanation was provided on the basic principles of internal resistance monitoring proposed in this article,and a Simulink based internal resistance monitoring model was constructed.During the research process,the article also introduced the basic principles of fault diagnosis and fault diagnosis methods based on data analysis.To verify the accuracy of the proposed solution in this article,the effectiveness of Simulink in internal resistance monitoring and fault diagnosis of lithium iron phosphate batteries was validated through practical cases at the end of the study.I hope that this study can provide strong support for the safe operation and maintenance of lithium iron phosphate batteries.
