摘　　要：“火与元气不两立”是补土派李杲脾胃内伤学说的关键论点,历代医家的理解仁智各见,但更多的在于将其线性化解读,从而局限了其临床价值与意义。从肿瘤发生发展过程中能量代谢重编程与免疫相互作用受到启发,通过解析肿瘤代谢-免疫相互作用机制与“阴火-元气”的同象性和相关性,再以复杂性科学视角对“阴火”“元气”的复杂性、动态性和系统性及二者之间非线性关系进行解读,提出“火与元气不两立”是对阴火与元气复杂系统通过非线性联系相互作用而涌现出的病理现象的总括,亦是中医认识机体能量代谢与免疫系统之间非线性关系的“核心病理模型”。“Fire is incompatible with primordial qi”is a key argument in Li Gao′s theory of spleen and stomach injury from the Earth-replenishing School in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Throughout history,various physicians have interpreted this concept,often in a linear manner,which has limited its clinical significance and value.Inspired by the energy metabolism reprogramming and immune interactions during tumor development,this study examines the mechanisms of tumor metabolism and immune interactions,explores the similarities and correlations with“yin fire”and“primordial qi”,analyzes the complexity,dynamism,and systematic nature of both“yin fire”and“primordial qi”,as well as their nonlinear relationship by applying the principles of complex systems science.This study suggests that the argument“Fire is incompatible with primordial qi”encapsulates the pathological phenomenon that emerges from the nonlinear interactions between yin fire and primordial qi as a complex system,and also serves as a“core pathological model”for understanding the nonlinear relationship between energy metabolism and the immune system in TCM.
