摘 要:目的探讨Rood技术联合经颅磁刺激技术对脑卒中患者吞咽、认知功能障碍的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月江阴英智澄江康复医院接诊的脑卒中并发吞咽、认知功能障碍患者62例,应用随机数字表将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各31例。对照组接受常规康复训练,研究组接受Rood技术联合经颅磁刺激技术治疗。比较两组吞咽困难严重程度量表(FEDSS)、渗漏/误吸量表(PAS)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分。结果对照组认知功能无变化14例(45.16%),总有效17例(54.84%);研究组无变化5例(16.13%),总有效26例(83.87%)。治疗后,两组患者FEDSS、PAS评分均低于治疗前,且研究组评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组MoCA总分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者通过Rood技术联合经颅磁刺激技术治疗,可改善吞咽功能,明显提升认知功能。Objective To investigate the effects of Rood technology combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on swallowing and cognitive dysfunction in stroke patients.Methods A total of 62 stroke patients complicated with swallowing and cognitive dysfunction admitted in Jiangyin Yingzhi Chengjiang Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group by using digital table method,with 31 cases in each group.Routine rehabilitation training was applied to patients of the control group,and Rood technology combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation technology was conducted in the study group.The fiberoptic endoscopic dysphagia severity scale(FEDSS),the penetration-aspiration scale(PAS)scores and the Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA)score were compared between the two groups.Results In the control group,there were 14(45.16%)ineffective cases and 17(54.84%)effective cases.In the study group,there were 5(16.13%)ineffective cases and 26(83.87%)ineffective cases.After treatment,the FEDSS and PAS were significantly lower than those before treatment in both groups,and significantly lower in the study group than the control group(P<0.05).The MoCA score after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment in both groups,and significantly higher in the study group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rood technology combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation can improve swallowing function and cognitive function in stroke patients.
