自锁托槽矫治器与金属托槽矫治器对错颌畸形患者的治疗效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较自锁托槽矫治器和金属托槽矫治器对错颌畸形患者的治疗效果。方法:选择2020年3月—2023年11月溧阳市中医医院收治的95例错颌畸形患者作为研究对象,根据盲摸双色球法将其分为研究组(n=48)和对照组(n=47)。对照组采用金属托槽矫治器治疗,研究组采用自锁托槽矫治器治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、牙周指标、血清炎性因子及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率97.92%高于对照组的85.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,研究组Ramfjord指数牙的牙周菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数及牙周探诊深度及白细胞介素-1b、白细胞介素-17、肿瘤坏死因子-α及前列腺素E2水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率2.08%低于对照组的12.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与金属托槽矫治器比较,自锁托槽矫治器有助于提高错颌畸形患者的治疗效果,改善牙周指标,能够降低炎性因子水平,减少并发症。Objective:To compare the treatment effect of self-locking bracket appliance and metal bracket appliance in patients with malocclusion deformity.Methods:A total of 95 patients with malocclusion deformity treated in Liyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to Novermber 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into a study group(n=48)and a control group(n=47)according to blind touch dichromatic sphere method.The control group was treated with metal bracket appliance,and the study group was treated with self-locking bracket appliance.The therapeutic effect,periodontal index,serum inflammatory factor and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.92%,higher than 85.11%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);six months after treatment,the levels of periodontal plaque index,gingival creval bleeding index,periodontal probing depth,in the Ramfjord index teeth and the interleukin-1,interleukin-17,tumor necrosis factor-a and prostaglandin E2 in the inflammation factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 2.08%lower than 12.77%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with metal bracket appliance,self-locking bracket appliance is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect of malocclusion,improve periodontal indexes,it can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and reduce complications.
