牙周翻瓣术治疗牙列缺损患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨牙周翻瓣术治疗牙列缺损患者的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2024年5月菏泽市定陶区人民医院收治的120例牙列缺损患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。对照组采用传统义齿修复治疗,研究组采用牙周翻瓣术治疗,对比两组牙周状况、咀嚼功能、炎性因子。结果:治疗1个月后,两组牙周探诊深度及牙周袋深度均短于治疗前对照组,且研究组均短于对照组,两组探诊出血指数、菌斑指数均小于治疗前,且研究组均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,两组炎性因子水平均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组,两组咀嚼功能评分均高于治疗前,且研究组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙周翻瓣术治疗牙列缺损患者,有助于改善患者的牙周情况,降低炎性因子水平,提高患者的咀嚼功能。Objective:To investigate the effect of periodontal flap surgery in the treatment of dentition defect.Methods:A total of 120 patients with dental defect admitted to Dingtao District People’s Hospital of Heze City from January 2021 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional denture restoration,and the study group was treated with periodontal flap surgery.Periodontal status,masticatory function and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:One month after treatment,the depth of periodontal probe and the depth of periodontal pocket in 2 groups were shorter than before treatment,and the study group were shorter than the control group.The bleeding index and plaque index in 2 groups were lower than that before treatment,and the study group was smaller than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in both groups were lower than that before treatment,and the study group were lower than those in the control group,the scores of masticatory function in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Periodontal flap surgery can improve the periodontal condition,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve the masticatory function of patients with dentition defect.
