摘  要:当前教育硕士培养,需积极呼应基础教育深化课改的发展方向。从培养高素质专业化创新型教师队伍的角度,高师(高校)教育硕士专业应以“立德树人”凝缩当代师范精神,引领深化课改育人;以课程育人能力培养体现价值取向,贯彻落实深化课改实践;强化教学实践导向的科研能力培养,夯实深化课改基石。其中,尤应以课程转化能力培养与课程运作研究的训练培养为重中之重,并着力将其融入课程设置和毕业论文设计两大关键环节。At present,the training of master of education needs to actively respond to the develop-ment direction of deepening curriculum reform of basic education.From the perspective of training highq-uality professional and innovative teachers,the master of education in normal universities should condense the contemporary teachers'spirit with"moral cultivation"and lead the deepening of curriculum reform and education.The value orientation is reflected in the cultivation of curriculum education ability,and the practice of deepening curriculum reform is carried out.It strengthens the training of teaching practice-oriented scientific research ability,consolidate and deepen the founda-tion of curriculum reform.Among them,the cultivation of curriculum transformation ability and the training of curriculum operation research should be the most important,and strive to integrate them into the two key links of curriculum design and graduation thesis design.
