摘　　要：高校教师党支部承担着引领、监督、管理和服务高校教师党员的基本任务,在培养高校青年教师坚定师德和师风信仰方面发挥着重要作用。在新时代背景下,教师党支部对青年教师的思想政治工作引导遇到了政治功能淡化、思想政治效用发挥弱化、思政工作管理软化的挑战。高校教师党支部的思政工作路径主要有:加强战略思想引领,牢固信念和理论教育;扩展思想政治工作渠道,开展创新实践活动;提升制度建设,优化教师党支部激励、监督和服务制度建设。The Party Branch of teachers in universities undertakes the basic task of leading,super-vising,managing and serving the party members of college teachers,and plays an important role in training the young teachers to firmly uphold their ethics and beliefs.Under the background of the new era,the ideological and political work guidance of the teachers'Party branch to young teachers has met the challenges of the party branch's dilution of the ideological and political function of young teachers in universities,the weakening of the role of political practice education,and the softening of the organizational system of the teachers'Party branch.The ideological and political work paths of the Party branch of teachers in universities mainly include:strengthening the guidance of strategic thought,strengthening the education of belief and theory;expanding the channels of ideological and political work and carrying out innovative practical activities;and improving the system construc-tion,optimizing the teachers'party branch incentive,supervision and service system construction.
