摘　　要：[目的]中国西北地区水产业正处于扩张与转型的关键时期,但当前西北高校水产专业人才培养模式未能充分满足区域发展的需求。旨在探讨通过教育改革,尤其是甘肃农业大学的试点改革,如何提升西北地区水产专业人才的供给,以支持产业发展。[方法]采用回顾性分析、案例分析、问卷调查及实地调研方法分析了甘肃农业大学水产养殖专业的改革实践,研究了通过提升师资、优化学生培养和凝练学科特色等措施的效果。研究方法包括回顾与总结改革过程、效果分析,以及问卷调查和实地调研。[结果]改革有效提升了学生的专业能力和就业率,特别是在西北地区水产业就业中的表现尤为突出。[结论]上述教育改革为解决西北地区水产人才短缺提供了有效路径,对其他地区的水产教育改革具有借鉴意义。[Objective]The aquaculture industry in Northwest China is undergoing a critical phase of expansion and trans-formation,yet the current talent cultivation models in aquaculture programs at local universities have not sufficiently met the region’s development needs.This study aims to explore how educational reforms,particularly the pilot reforms at Gansu Agricultural University,can enhance the supply of aquaculture professionals in Northwest China to support indus-try development.[Method]Through retrospective analysis,case studies,surveys,and field investigations,this study ex-amines the reform practices of the aquaculture program at Gansu Agricultural University.The effects of faculty improve-ment,student cultivation optimization,and the refinement of disciplinary features are evaluated.The research methods include reviewing and summarizing the reform process,conducting effectiveness analysis,and collecting data through surveys and field investigations.[Result]The reforms have effectively improved students’professional competencies and employment rates,with particularly outstanding performance in aquaculture employment within Northwest China.[Con-clusion]The educational reforms provide an effective approach to addressing the shortage of aquaculture professionals in Northwest China and offer valuable insights for similar educational reforms in other regions.
