摘 要:针对军队人员能力评估方法单一、评估准确性不够等问题,基于训练评估数据,研究设计了多模型集成的综合评估方法,能够有效克服单一评估模型的局限性,减少评估误差;基于遗传算法,优化扩展传统层次分析法的权重设置方法,有效解决在判断矩阵确定的情况下权重计算不够精确、定性指标定量化难的问题;设计基于人工神经网络的端到端评估模型,可简化评估流程,提升评估效率、准确性。围绕人员能力评估全流程,设计实现了“军队人员能力评估系统”,对研究成果进行了实体验证。Based on training evaluation data,a comprehensive evaluation method integrating multiple models is studied and designed to effectively overcome the limitations of a single evaluation model and reduce errors,in response to such problems as single evaluation methods for military personnel’s capabilities and insufficient accuracy of evaluation,etc.On the basis of genetic algorithm,the weight setting method of traditional Analytic Hierarchy Process is optimized and extended to effectively solve the problems of imprecise calculation of weights and difficulty in quantifying qualitative indicators in determining the judgment matrix;An end-to-end evaluation model based on artificial neural networks is designed,the evaluation process can be simplified,the evaluation efficiency and the accuracy are improved.A military personnel capability evaluation system is designed and implemented around the entire process of personnel capability evaluation,and the research results are verified through entity validation.
