摘 要:高压大容量电力变压器内部存在较大的绕组漏磁,使变压器的金属结构件存在较大涡流,导致变压器内部产生大的电磁干扰。文中研究了变压器夹件涡流引起的电磁干扰机理。采用有限元方法计算了变压器夹件的磁感应强度、涡流和夹件所受的电磁力,分析了电磁力的分布特点。研究了夹件在电磁力作用下产生电磁振动和噪声的原理,根据夹件的筋结构建立了电磁振动的有限元模型,对夹件的振动位移、振动速度进行了计算,并对此振动产生的噪声进行了分析计算。针对夹件的两种不同磁屏蔽结构,通过对夹件电磁振动最小的固定位置研究,得到了夹件减振的最佳方法,并对两种磁屏蔽下夹件的电磁振动和噪声进行了比较。文中的研究结果能够对变压器的振动研究和噪声监测提供参考。A large magnetic leakage of winding existed inside the high voltage and high power power transformer makes the metal structure of the transformer to have larger eddy current,which leads to strong electromagnetic interference inside transformer.In the paper,the electromagnetic interference mechanism due to the eddy current of the clamp of transformer is studied.The magnetic induction intensity,eddy current and electromagnetic force of clamp of transformer are calculated by finite element method,and the distribution characteristics of the electromagnetic force are analyzed.The principle of electromagnetic vibration and noise generated by the clamp under the action of electromagnetic force is studied.According to the stiffness structure of the clamp,the finite element model of electromagnetic vibration is set up.The vibration displacement and vibration velocity are calculated,and the noise generated due to the vibration is analyzed and calculated.Aiming at two different magnetic shielding structures of the clamp,the best method of reducing vibration of the clamp is obtained through the research on the fixed position with the minimum electromagnetic vibration of the clamp.The electromagnetic vibration and noise of the clamp under two kinds of magnetic shields are compared.The research results in this paper can provide a useful reference for the vibration study and noise monitoring of transformer.
