摘  要:为改进汽车在低速低压使用工况下产生的蠕动噪音,研究了摩擦材料中主要的润滑剂种类及含量、研磨剂的种类及颗粒大小对汽车制动过程中蠕动噪音的影响。结果表明,添加体积含量为2%的硫化钼,使用D50为2.0~3.5μm的氧化锆制备汽车摩擦材料,能明显改善蠕动噪音。In order to improve the creep groan noise produced by vehicles under the braking condition at low speed and low pressure,the types and contents of the main lubricants,types and different particle size of abrasive in the friction materials were studied to check the influence on creep groan during vehicle braking.The results showed that when 2%molybdenum sulfide by volume was added,and D50 of zirconia was 2.0-3.5μm,the friction material had a significant improvement on creep groan noise under the same conditions.
