摘  要:针对不同类型和等级葡萄酒的存储需求,提出一种单压缩机、单冷凝器配合三电磁三通阀、三蒸发器的独立控温制冷系统,可实现酒柜每个温区最低温度达到5 ℃,三个温区可以独立控制在不同温度区间稳定运行。为降低成本,将制冷系统三个并联的电磁三通阀改为两个串联的电磁三通阀,同样实现三个温区的独立控制。最后,在型式实验室内将两种控制方案实验数据进行对比,通过调整控制逻辑,两个电磁三通阀也能实现三个温区的独立控制,且噪声和能耗特性优于前者。A single compressor,single condenser with three electromagnetic three-way valves,three evaporators,and an independent temperature control refrigeration system are proposed to meet the needs of storing various types and grades of wine.This system can ensure that each temperature zone in the wine cabinet has a minimum temperature of 5 C,and each of the three temperature zones can be independently controlled to function steadily in a different temperature range.The refrigeration system's three parallel electromagnetic three-way valves were replaced with two series elec tromagnetic three-way valves,which allowed for independent control of the three temperature zones while also reducing costs.Ultimately,the type laboratory compares the experimental data of the two control schemes.There is an improve-ment in noise and energy consumption with the two electromagnetic three-way valves,and they can also independently control the three temperature zones by modifying the control logic.
