摘  要:在大中小学思政课一体化建设的背景下,地方红色文化资源融入思政课教学是提升育人效果的有益尝试。舟山红色文化资源具有地域性、历时性等特点,融入思政课教学既有必要性,同时也面临着诸多挑战。如何拣择和统筹利用红色文化资源、如何创新红色文化的教学内容和教学方式、如何提升思政课教师的红色文化素养等都成为“融入”所面临的主要挑战。为应对挑战,必须采取包括加大舟山红色文化资源统筹开发与利用的力度、优化红色文化教学的内容和方法、建立健全提升思政课教师红色文化素养的长效机制等举措。In the context of integrating ideological and political education across primary,secondary schools,and universities,the incorporation of local red cultural resources has emerged as a promising strategy to enhance educational effectiveness.Zhoushan’s red cultural resources are rich in regional and historical significance,making their integration into ideological and political education both necessary and challenging.Key questions arise:How should red cultural resources be selected and coordinated for effective use?How can the content and teaching methods related to red culture be innovated?And how can the red cultural literacy of ideological and political educators be improved?These challenges require targeted solutions:first,increasing the comprehensive development and utilization of Zhoushan’s red cultural resources;second,optimizing the content and methodologies of red culture education;and third,establishing a long-term mechanism to enhance the red cultural literacy of teachers in ideological and political education.
