摘　　要：职业教育产业学院是深化产教融合、强化职业教育类型特色的新型产教联合体组织,在推进产业体系现代化与我国高质量发展进程中有着重要意义。产业学院建设至今已颇具规模,但在总体实践成效上未能充分凸显其规模优势,存在利益分配不清晰、制度保障不完善、协同治理不高效等问题。为提升其作为产教融合新型组织的运行效率,亟需厘清内部实践体系的组织架构并建立相应的运行机制。为此,本研究基于联系纽带构建内部运行四项机制,将产业学院置于组织协调视域下,并根据“投入维度-运行维度-反馈维度”三个维度提出相应对策,以期提升产业学院造血功能,为推动产业体系转型与现代化发展服务。Vocational education industry institutes represent a new type of industrial-education consortium that deepens the integration of industry and education and strengthens the distinctive features of vocational education.They play a significant role in advancing the modernization of the industrial system and the high-quality development of our country.Although the construction of these institutes has reached a considerable scale,their overall practical effectiveness has not fully demonstrated their scale advantages due to issues such as unclear benefit distribution,incomplete institutional safeguards,and inefficient collaborative governance.To enhance the operational efficiency of these new organizations,it is urgent to clarify the internal organizational structure and establish corresponding operational mechanisms.To this purpose,this study constructs four internal operating mechanisms based on connection bonds,places the industry institute within the context of organizational coordination,and proposes corresponding strategies according to the three dimensions of input,operation,and feedback,aiming to improve the hematopoietic function of the industry institutes and serve the transformation and modernization of the industrial system.
