摘 要:新时代“枫桥经验”是中国基层社会治理的成功范例,其核心方法论在于依靠人民群众化解矛盾。高校作为人员密集的高等教育场所,是社会基层治理的重要单元。充分发挥学生的主体力量,激发青年大学生的自我管理、自我服务与自我提升的积极性,有助于推动学生纠纷的顺利解决,为构建平安校园奠定基础。将新时代“枫桥经验”引入高校校园矛盾纠纷调解,通过实证研究表明:经过系统培训的学生调解员,在合理的调解机制下,能够有效解决校园矛盾纠纷。同时,学生调解员制度不仅是价值引领的重要路径,有助于学生的全面成长,还能培养学生群体共建平安校园的意识,具有良好的推广价值。The Fengqiao Experience in the new era is a successful example of grassroots social governance in China,with its core methodology relying on the people to resolve conflicts.As densely populated higher education institutions,colleges and universities are crucial units in grassroots social governance.Fully leveraging the subjectivity and stimulating the enthusiasm of college students for self-management,self-service,and self-improvement can help facilitate the smooth resolution of student disputes and lay the foundation for the construction of safe campuses.When Fengqiao Experience applied into the mediation of campus conflicts and disputes,empirical research shows that systematically trained student mediators can effectively resolve campus conflicts under a reasonable mediation mechanism.At the same time,the student mediator system is not only an important path for value guidance,contributing to the comprehensive growth of students,but also cultivates the awareness among student groups to build a safe campus together.It is worth promoting and implementing in universities.
