As one of the most popular non-alcoholic beverages, tea has many effects. But under different concentration of copper stress,it will cause many effects on tea tree.Copper in tea plant mainly comes from soil, and its content is affected by many external factors.Proper amount of copper ion is beneficial to the growth of tea seedlings, while high concentration can inhibit the growth. The transfer and transformation of copper in other plants and tea tree were different, and tea tree root had strong enrichment.Copper has significant effect on the biochemical components of tea, lack of copper reduces the quality, excess is harmful. The antioxidase activity of copper in differ⁃ent plants varies.Under the stress of copper, the ultrastructure of tea tree will be destroyed and the normal growth of tea tree will be af⁃fected.Based on the growth and development of tea tree, the activity of antioxidant enzymes, the content determination of biochemical components, and the observation of ultrastructure, this paper analyzed the migration and transformation rule of copper in tea tree to pro⁃vide theoretical basis for the production of green tea.
