摘 要:随着城市化楼群建设和轨道交通的不断发展,地铁运行对周边房屋的影响越来越大。通过阐述某楼盘周边地铁运行期间对房屋上部结构产生的影响,根据现场地铁运营现状调查,对上部建筑物进行振动响应实测数据分析,总结振动影响情况,提出减振建议措施,并在做好减振措施后,进行减振后振动响应实测分析。通过总结工程经验,为后期同类项目提供参考。With the continuous development of urban building clusters and rail transit,the impact of subway operations on surrounding buildings is increasingly significant.This paper elaborates on the impact of subway operations on the superstructure of buildings near a certain real estate development.Based on an investigation of the current subway operation status at the site,vibration response measurements of the superstructure were conducted,and the vibration impact was summarized.Recommendations for vibration reduction measures were proposed,and after implementing these measures,a post-implementation vibration response measurement analysis was conducted.By summarizing engineering experience,this paper provides a reference for similar projects in the future.
