摘　　要：自身免疫性糖尿病包括T1DM和LADA,其特征是由胰岛抗原特异性T细胞攻击引起的胰岛β细胞破坏.脂肪酸代谢在DM发展中起重要作用,n-3 多不饱和脂肪酸在自身免疫性糖尿病中起保护作用.本文综述自身免疫性糖尿病与脂肪酸代谢相关性的研究进展.Autoimmune diabetes includes type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM)and latent autoimmune diabetes in adult(LADA),which are characterized by isletβcell destruction caused by islet antigen‑specific T cell attack.Fatty acids metabolism might play an important role in the development of diabetes.n‑3 polyunsaturated fatty acids have been found to play protective effects on the development of autoimmune diabetes.This article reviews the research progress of fatty acid metabolism and autoimmune diabetes.
