摘　　要：针对目前PLC实训平台缺少人机交互功能、采用的模拟被控对象直观性差等问题,设计了基于PLC和触摸屏的自动码垛机实训平台。根据自动码垛机的工艺要求,给出了控制系统的硬件电路图、PLC控制程序以及上位机监控界面。该实训平台形象直观,提高了学生开发PLC系统和组态上位机界面的能力,实践教学效果良好。Aiming at the problems such as the lack of human-computer interaction function and the poor intuitiveness of simulated controlled objects in PLC training platform,an automatic palletizer training platform based on PLC and touch screen was designed.According to the requirements of automatic palletizer,the hardware circuit diagram,PLC control program and the human machine interface of the control system were given.The training platform is visual and intuitionistic,which improves students'ability to write PLC program and configure human machine interface,and the practical teaching effect is good.
