摘　　要：针对外购电气控制实验装置功能较为单一、扩展性欠缺、出现故障维护不便等问题,结合专业教学内容及实际需求,进行多功能电气控制综合实训装置的研发。该实训装置是基于模块化、可扩展、接近生产实际的继电控制及PLC的电气综合控制实训平台,以开放性和设计性实验为主,具有较强的综合性和应用性,用于电气控制与PLC为主的多门课程教学和实训教学。该实训装置提供多种控制对象或模型,既可进行继电接触式电气控制,又扩充了PLC控制、变频、HMI、通信及组态仿真等技术,有利于培养学生的综合实践技能及创新能力。In view of the problems of single function,lack of expansibility and trouble maintenance of the purchased electrical control experimental device,combined with professional teaching content and actual needs,the research and development of multi-functional electrical control comprehensive practical training device is carried out.The device is based on the modular,extensible and close to the actual production of traditional relay control and PLC electrical comprehensive control training platform.It is mainly open and designed experiment,with strong comprehensive and application,suitable for electrical control and PLC based courses teaching and practical training needs,provide a variety of control objects or models,can carry out relay contact electrical control,and expand the PLC control,frequency conversion,HMI,communication and configuration simulation and other technologies.It is beneficial to cultivate students'comprehensive practical skills and innovative ability.
