摘  要:为了提高应用电化学的教学效果,通过实验和科研加深学生对电化学理论知识、测试方法及实验仪器的掌握,系统地培养学生的动手能力、主动思考能力、创新能力、仪器开发能力和科研素养,探索了以自制实验教学仪器—可视化半导体微区电沉积及光电化学测试装置为基础开展的实验与科研训练。实践证明,该装置能够提高应用电化学课程的教学效果以及对学生综合素质的培养效果。In order to improve the teaching effectiveness of applied electrochemistry and help students understand basic principle of electrochemistry,electrochemical methods and instruments well,as well as to cultivate their practical ability,thinking ability,creative ability and instrumental ability systematically,a home-built experimental teaching instrument-the visualized local electrochemical deposition of semiconductor and photoelectrochemical characterization instrument was developed.Using this instrument in experiment and scientific research training,the teaching effect of applied electrochemistry is improved and the comprehensive capability of the students is cultivated.This paper explores the improvement of the teaching effect of applied electrochemistry and the comprehensive capability of the students by the home-built experimental-teaching instrument of the visualized local electrochemical deposition of semiconductor and photoelectrochemical characterization.
