摘　　要：工程实践教学是培养工程技术人才的重要手段。探索与实践了“三段—进阶式”的工程实践教学模式,通过逐步递进式的教学设计,为学生搭建从书本到工程现场的桥梁,在动手实践过程中提升学生学以致用的能力、解决问题的能力,培养创新意识,提高综合素养。Engineering practice teaching is an important means to train engineering technical personnel.Explore and practice the engineering practice teaching mode of"three stages-advanced",build a bridge from books to the engineering site for students through the step-by-step teaching design,in the process of hands-on practice to improves students'ability to apply what they have learned,the ability to solve problems,cultivate innovative consciousness and improve students'comprehensive quality.
