摘　　要：分析了高校应急队伍建设的重要性,突出了有效的应急队伍对保障高校教学、科研活动和师生人身财产安全的重要作用,在详细剖析应急队伍建设的现状和存在问题的基础上提出了一些针对性的思考和建议,包括加强顶层设计、深化专业化建设、引入科技手段提高应对能力、加强实战演练,以及建立全体师生参与的应急管理体系。高校应急队伍建设是一项系统工程,需要全校上下的共同参与和努力,以实现有效应对各种安全风险,为高校发展提供坚实的安全保障。This paper analyzes the importance of emergency team construction,highlights the important role of effective emergency team in guaranteeing the teaching,scientific research activities and the personal and property safety of teachers and students in colleges and universities.Based on a detailed analysis of the current situation and existing problems of emergency team construction,a series of thoughts and suggestions are put forward,including strengthening top-level design,deepening professional construction,introducing scientific and technological means to improve coping ability.Strengthen actual combat drills,and establish an emergency management system with full participation.The construction of university emergency team is a systematic project,which requires the joint participation and efforts of the whole school to effectively deal with various security risks and provide solid security guarantee for the development of universities.
