Objective To investigate the cervical sub-health status among medical students and analyze the impact of academic pressure and e-health literacy on cervical function. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 320 undergraduate students from the 2018-2022 classes at Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities, covering demographics, cervical sub-health status, academic pressure, and e-health literacy.Data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0,employing t-tests,ANOVA,Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression analysis. Results 26.4%(77 students)were found to have cervical sub-health conditions, with medical students accounting for 20.9%(61 students).Only gender showed a statistically significant difference in NDI(P<0.05).Both academic pressure and e-health literacy were significantly correlated with NDI(P<0.05).Conclusion The cervical sub-health rate is relatively high among medical students.Increased academic pressure exacerbates cervical dysfunction, while improved e-health literacy can help alleviate cervical sub-health to some extent.
