坝上长尾鸡粉壳鸡蛋与绿壳鸡蛋品质的比较分析

摘　　要：为了比较坝上长尾鸡粉壳鸡蛋与绿壳鸡蛋在早期产蛋阶段的蛋质量、蛋品质及蛋品质各指标间相关性的差异,试验选取25~34周龄的粉壳鸡蛋和绿壳鸡蛋测定品质差异、选取30周龄坝上长尾鸡的粉壳鸡蛋和绿壳鸡蛋进行蛋质量、蛋壳强度、蛋型指数、蛋白高度、哈氏单位、蛋黄高度、蛋黄直径、蛋黄指数、蛋黄色泽、蛋壳厚度、蛋壳质量、蛋黄质量、蛋黄比例指标测定,对不同蛋色蛋品质各个指标之间的相关性进行分析。结果表明:29周龄和30周龄时绿壳鸡蛋要极显著重于粉壳鸡蛋(p<0.01),32周龄时绿壳鸡蛋要显著重于粉壳鸡蛋(p<0.05),其余均不显著;坝上长尾鸡粉壳鸡蛋的蛋黄质量显著低于绿壳鸡蛋(p<0.05);粉壳鸡蛋的蛋黄比例显著低于绿壳鸡蛋(p<0.05),其余均不显著;两品系的蛋黄质量与蛋质量、蛋黄高度、蛋黄直径呈极显著相关(p<0.01)。结果表明:整体来看绿壳鸡蛋的蛋质量高于粉壳鸡蛋蛋质量;绿壳鸡蛋在蛋黄质量和蛋黄比例2项指标中优于粉壳鸡蛋;两品系的蛋黄质量、蛋黄高度和蛋黄直径可以根据蛋质量进行估测。In order to compare the difference of egg weight,egg quality and correlation among egg quality indexes between powder shell eggs and green shell eggs of Bashang long-tail chickens in early laying stage,the difference of egg quality between powder shell eggs and green shell eggs of 25 weeks to 34 weeks of age was determined.Powder shell eggs and green shell eggs of 30 week of age were selected to determine egg weight,eggshell strength,egg type index,protein height,Haugh unit,yolk height,yolk diameter,yolk index,yolk color,eggshell thickness,eggshell weight,yolk weight and yolk proportion.The correlation between each index of egg quality with different egg color was analyzed.The results showed that the egg weight of green shell eggs at 29 weeks of age and 30 weeks of age was significantly higher than that of pink shell eggs(p<0.01),and weight of green shell eggs at 32 weeks of age was significantly higher than that of pink shell eggs(p<0.05).Other index of the two strains of eggs were not significant.The yolk weight of powder shell eggs was significantly lower than that of green shell eggs(p<0.05).The yolk proportion of powder shell eggs was significantly lower than that of green shell eggs(p<0.05),and the rest were not significant.The yolk weight of the two strains was significantly correlated with egg weight,yolk height and yolk diameter(p<0.01).It showed that the weight of green shell eggs was higher than that of pink shell eggs.Green shell eggs are better than pink shell eggs in yolk weight and yolk proportation.Yolk weight,yolk height and yolk diameter of the two strains can be estimated according to egg weight.
