中国荷斯坦奶牛ACOX1基因多态性及其与乳品质性状的相关分析

摘　　要：采用PCR扩增技术和直接测序法对83头中国荷斯坦奶牛群体中酰基辅酶A氧化酶1(acyl-CoA oxidase 1,ACOX1)基因的SNP位点进行检测;使用SPSS 25.0软件对ACOX1基因的遗传多态性位点基因型与中国荷斯坦奶牛乳品质性状进行关联分析。结果显示,在ACOX1基因的第3个内含子中发现了1个SNP位点即I3-2267 G→C,属于中度多态,并在群体中处于哈代温伯格平衡;关联分析发现,该SNP位点与奶牛乳体细胞含量和校正奶量显著相关。结果表明,ACOX1基因I3-2267 G→C位点可作为中国荷斯坦奶牛乳品质性状的分子标志物,为中国荷斯坦奶牛品质性状研究提供参考。The SNP loci of ACOX1 gene in 83 China Holstein cows were detected by PCR amplification and direct sequencing,and the association between the genetic polymorphism loci of ACOX1 gene and milk quality traits of China Holstein cows was analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software.The results showed that a SNP locus I3-2267 G→C was found in the third intron of ACOX1 gene,it was moderately polymorphic and in Hardy Weinberg equilibrium in the population.By correlation analysis,it was found that the SNP locus was significantly related to the somatic cell content and corrected milk quantity of dairy cows.The I3-2267 G→C locus of ACOX1 gene can be used as a molecular marker of quality traits of Holstein cows in China,and provide reference for the study of quality traits of Holstein cows in China.
