摘　　要：为探索在合成训练环境中通过训练数据对训练效果进行科学评估的技术途径,对美国陆军作战能力发展司令部与得克萨斯大学联合实施的以提高战备能力为目的的合成训练环境体验式训练项目进行深入研究。该项目以胜任能力发展战略为指引,构建一种可扩展的数据策略,以通用智能辅导框架为表现证据提供支持,体验式应用程序接口实现士兵训练表现到胜任能力的深层映射,能力与技能系统生成能力断言,在虚实融合环境中实现数据互操作,达到对原始训练数据的充分利用。通过对步兵班组案例的分析,充分体现该数据策略的有效性。In order to explore how to scientifically evaluate the training effect through training data in the synthetic training environment,a synthetic training environment experiential training project to improve combat readiness jointly implemented by the U.S.Army Combat Capabilities Development Command and the University of Texas is deeply studied.Taking the competency development strategy as the guideline,this project develops a scalable data strategy,with the Generalized Intelligent Framework for Tutoring providing support for performance evidence.The Experience API realizes the deep mapping from soldiers’training performance to competency,and the Competency and Skill System generates competency assertion.The strategy achieves data interoperability in a mixed environment of virtuality and reality,and makes full use of the original training data.The effectiveness of the data strategy is fully corroborated through the in-depth analysis of the infantry squad case.
