麦默通微创旋切手术与环乳晕切口手术对良性乳腺肿瘤的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究麦默通微创旋切手术与环乳晕切口手术对良性乳腺肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月-2023年1月在我院诊治的98例良性乳腺肿瘤患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各组49例。对照组采用环乳晕切口手术,观察组采用麦默通微创旋切手术治疗,比较两组临床手术指标、乳房美观评分、并发症发生率、生存质量水平、复发率。结果观察组手术切口、手术时间、术中出血量、切口愈合时间、疼痛评分均小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组乳房形态、乳头乳晕感觉、切口瘢痕、色素沉着评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为4.08%,低于对照组的12.24%(P<0.05);两组患者生存质量评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);随访1年,观察组复发率为2.04%,低于对照组的10.20%(P<0.05)。结论麦默通微创旋切手术与环乳晕切口手术治疗良性乳腺肿瘤均具有一定的效果,但是麦默通微创旋切手术效果更优,可改善临床手术指标,提高乳房美观评分,降低并发症发生率和复发率,改善患者生存质量,值得临床应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of Mammotome minimally invasive resection and circumareolar incision surgery on benign breast tumors.Methods A total of 98 patients with benign breast tumors diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 49 patients in each group.The control group was treated with circumareolar incision surgery,and the observation group was treated with Mammotome minimally invasive resection.The clinical operation indexes,breast aesthetic score,complication rate,quality of life level and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The surgical incision,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incision healing time and pain score of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of breast morphology,nipple areola sensation,incision scar and pigmentation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.08%,which was lower than 12.24% in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After 1 year of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.04%,which was lower than 10.20% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both Mammotome minimally invasive resection and circumareolar incision surgery have certain effects in the treatment of benign breast tumors,but Mammotome minimally invasive resection is more effective,which can improve clinical surgical indicators,improve breast aesthetic scores,reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
