癌症疼痛患者接受盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗的效果及其安全性

摘　　要：目的分析盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗癌症疼痛患者的临床效果及其安全性。方法选取2019年1月-2023年1月于兴国县中医院治疗的70例癌症疼痛患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组采用盐酸羟考酮缓释片治疗,研究组采用盐酸吗啡缓释片治疗,比较两组疼痛缓解情况、ECOG评分、疼痛评分、生活质量(躯体、心理、情感和社会职能)、不良反应发生率。结果研究组总缓解率(97.14%)高于对照组(77.14)(P<0.05);两组治疗后ECOG评分低于治疗前,且研究组ECOG评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗24 h、72 h、1周和2周后的NRS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后生活质量评分高于治疗前,且研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(8.57%)低于对照组(40.00%)(P<0.05)。结论对癌症疼痛患者采用盐酸吗啡缓释片进行治疗,可有效提高治疗效果,减轻患者疼痛,提高患者生活质量以及体能状况,且不良反应少,安全性高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of patients with cancer pain.Methods A total of 70 patients with cancer pain treated in Xingguo County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with oxycodone hydrochloride,and the study group was treated with morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.The pain relief,ECOG score,pain score,quality of life(physical,psychological,emotional and social functions)and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total remission rate of the study group(97.14%)was higher than that of the control group(77.14%)(P<0.05).The ECOG score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the ECOG score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NRS score of the study group at 24 h,72 h,1 week and 2 weeks after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(8.57%)was lower than that in the control group(40.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cancer pain,morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,relieve pain,improve the quality of life and physical condition of patients,and have fewer adverse reactions and high safety.
