华蟾素胶囊辅助治疗对非小细胞肺癌患者化疗毒副反应及无进展生存期的影响

摘　　要：目的分析华蟾素胶囊辅助治疗对非小细胞肺癌患者化疗毒副反应及无进展生存期的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2023年1月我院诊治的60例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组采用常规化疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予华蟾素胶囊辅助治疗,比较两组临床疗效、毒副反应发生率、无进展生存期、白细胞计数、体力状况、生活质量水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为73.33%,高于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05);观察组毒副反应发生率为20.00%,低于对照组的43.33%(P<0.05);随访6个月,观察组平均无进展生存期长于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后白细胞计数均低于治疗前,但观察组大于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后Karnofsky体力状况评分均低于治疗前,但观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后生活质量评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论华蟾素胶囊辅助治疗非小细胞肺癌的效果确切,可减轻毒副反应,延长患者无进展生存期,改善身体体力状况。Objective To analyze the effect of Huachansu capsule adjuvant therapy on the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy and progression-free survival in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with non-small cell lung cancer diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Huachansu capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the incidence of toxic and side effects,progression-free survival,white blood cell count,physical condition and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 73.33%,which was higher than 50.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of toxic and side effects in the observation group was 20.00%,which was lower than 43.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the average progression-free survival of the observation group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,but the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The Karnofsky physical status scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,but the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huachansu capsule is effective in the adjuvant treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,which can reduce toxic and side effects,prolong the progression-free survival of patients,and improve physical condition.
