摘　　要：目的:探究经颅磁刺激对精神分裂症伴抑郁症状患者的症状改善及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年4月广东中山市第三人民医院收治的60例精神分裂症伴抑郁症状患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组采取草酸艾司西酞普兰联合重复经颅磁刺激伪刺激治疗,研究组采取草酸艾司西酞普兰联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗。对比两组阳性与阴性症状、卡尔加里精神分裂症抑郁量表(CDSS)、生活质量评分。结果:干预后,两组阳性与阴性症状评分及CDSS均降低,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组活力状况、生理职能、情感职能、社会功能评分均升高,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在精神分裂症伴抑郁症状患者中采用草酸艾司西酞普兰联合经颅磁刺激治疗,可有效改善临床症状,减轻抑郁程度,提高生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effects of transcranial magnetic stimulation on symptom improvement and quality of life in patients with schizophrenia with depressive symptoms.Methods:Sixty patients with schizophrenia with depressive symptoms admitted to Guangdong Zhongshan Third People's Hospital from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected for the study,and were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,thirty cases each.The control group was treated with escitalopram oxalate combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation pseudo-stimulation,and the study group was treated with escitalopram oxalate combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.Positive and negative symptoms,Calgary Depression Scale for Schizophrenia(CDSS),and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the positive and negative symptom scores and CDSS were reduced in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the vitality status,physical functioning,emotional functioning,and social functioning scores were elevated in both groups,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of escitalopram oxalate combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment in patients with schizophrenia with depressive symptoms can effectively improve clinical symptoms,reduce the degree of depression,and improve the quality of life.
