前列腺癌根治术联合盆腔淋巴结清扫术治疗前列腺癌的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究前列腺癌根治术联合盆腔淋巴结清扫术治疗前列腺癌的临床效果。方法:选取2023年2月—2024年2月化州市人民医院收治的68例前列腺癌患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组行前列腺癌根治术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合盆腔淋巴结清扫术治疗。对比两组手术指标、激素水平、治疗有效率、并发症发生率。结果:观察组手术时间长于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,留置导尿管时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.001);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.041);术后,两组睾酮激素水平降低,卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素水平升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.003)。结论:前列腺癌根治术联合盆腔淋巴结清扫术应用于前列腺癌患者,可以促进患者恢复,提高治疗有效率,有效调节激素水平,且安全性较高。Objective:To study the clinical effect of radical prostatectomy combined with pelvic lymph node sweeping in the treatment of prostate cancer.Methods:Sixty-eight cases of prostate cancer patients admitted to Huazhou People's Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected for the study,and were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with thirty-four cases,by using the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with radical prostatectomy,and the observation group was treated with combined pelvic lymph node sweeping on the basis of the control group.Compare the surgical index,hormone level,treatment efficiency and complication rate of the two groups.Results:The observation group's operation time was longer than that of the control group,intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group,indwelling catheter time and hospitalization time were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.001);the total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.041);after the operation,the testosterone hormone level of the two groups decreased,and the follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone level increased,which was superior to that of the control group in the observation group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P=0.003).Conclusion:The application of radical prostatectomy combined with pelvic lymph node sweeping in prostate cancer patients can promote the recovery of patients,enhance the effective rate of treatment,effectively regulate the hormone level,and have a high degree of safety.
