摘 要:目的:评估基于家庭医生引导的下肢力量训练预防老年人跌倒的效果。方法:通过“医体结合”的模式,对社区内30名老年人进行为期8周的下肢力量训练,其中男性12人,女性18人,年龄60~75岁,平均年龄(66.75±2.93)岁。训练包括下肢肌肉力量以及八段锦、太极拳等平衡能力训练。评估下肢力量训练对老年人跌倒风险。结果:老年人通过基于家庭医生引导的下肢力量训练,Morse跌倒风险量表评分明显下降,差异有统计学意义(57.5±21.41比31.5±14.09,P<0.001)。低风险和中风险人群分别增加了23.34%和33.33%,高风险下降了56.67%。神经内科跌倒风险量表评估的低风险和中风险均增加了13.33%,高风险下降了26.67%。结论:社区老年跌倒风险较高,通过基于家庭医生引导的下肢力量训练可以明显降低老年人的跌倒风险,有助于提高老年人预防跌倒的能力。Objective:To evaluate the effect of lower limb strength training to prevent the elderly falling guided by the family doctor.Methods:Through the mode of medicine combined with sports,lower limb strength training was conducted for 30 elderly people in the community for 8 weeks,among them,12 were males and 18 females,the age was 60–75 years,and the average age was(66.75±2.93)years.The training included lower limb muscle strength,Baduanjin,Taijiquan and other balance skills.The effect of lower limb strength training on elderly falling risk were evaluated.Results:Through lower limb strength training guided by the family doctor for the elderly,the Morse falling risk score decreased obviously,and the difference was statistically significant(57.5±21.41 vs 31.5±14.09,P<0.001).The population with low and medium risk increased 23.34%and 33.33%,and high-risk rate decreased 56.67%.The low and medium risk evaluated by neurology fall risk scale increased 13.33%and the high risk decreased 26.67%.Conclusion:The fall risk of the elderly in the community is high,and lower limb muscle strength training guided by the family doctor can significantly reduce the fall risk of the elderly,and improve the ability of the elderly to prevent falls.
