摘　　要：在数字化时代,电工电子行业面临着新的机遇与挑战。工匠精神作为一种宝贵的精神品质,对于电工电子课程教学具有重要意义。本文深入分析了工匠精神的内涵,阐述了数字化时代对电工电子专业人才的要求,剖析了当前电工电子课程教学中存在的问题,探讨了工匠精神在课程目标、教学内容、教学方法、实践教学和师资队伍建设等方面的应用策略,旨在提升电工电子课程教学质量,培养符合数字化时代需求的高素质专业人才,并通过合理的研究方法和有效的实践措施,为教学改革提供参考。In the digital age,the Jiangsu Province Xuzhou Pharmaceutical Vocational Collegeelectrical and electronic industry is facing new opportunities and challenges.The spirit of craftsmanship,as a valuable spiritual quality,is of great significance for the teaching of electrical and electronic courses.This article deeply analyzes the connotation of the spirit of craftsmanship,elaborates on the requirements of the digital age for electrical and electronic professionals,analyzes the problems existing in current electrical and electronic course teaching,and explores the application strategies of the spirit of craftsmanship in course objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,practical teaching,and teacher team construction.The aim is to improve the quality of electrical and electronic course teaching,cultivate high-quality professional talents that meet the needs of the digital age,and provide reference for teaching reform through reasonable research methods and effective practical measures.
