摘 要:新高考改革实施已十年,其政策的初始目标为释放选择权、推动教学变革、转变评价录取方式,这些目标的完成情况较好。然而受多种因素影响,政策在执行过程中存在“释放选择权”机械性执行、“推行走班教学”选择性执行、“实施多元评价”象征性执行等问题。为推动下一阶段新高考改革政策的有效落地,需要从政策的前期准备、执行主体和改革环境三个方面进行优化调整,以加快建设中国特色考试招生评价体系。The new College Entrance Examination reform has been implemented for ten years,and its initial goals are to release the right to choose,promote teaching reform,and transform the evaluation and admission methods,the achievement of these goals is relatively good.However,due to various factors,there are problems in the implementation process of the reform pilot policies,such as the mechanical implementation of“releasing the right to choose”,the selective implementation of“implementing classroom teaching”,and the symbolic implementation of“implementing multiple evaluations”.To facilitate the reform of new college entrance examination in the next phase,it is necessary to optimize and adjust from three aspects—policy preparation,execution subject,and reform environment,in order to accelerate the construction of a Chinese characteristic examination and enrollment evaluation system.
