四进口切向离心喷嘴的设计方法和模拟验证研究

摘  要:稳压器喷雾头对一回路压力控制有着重要作用。本文基于稳压器喷雾头小压差、大流量的工作特点,以最大流量理论设计了一个四进口切向离心喷嘴,并进行了喷头结构尺寸校核计算和雾化质量的经验、半经验公式预测,采用VOF-to-DPM模型对喷嘴的雾化过程进行了模拟,得到了四进口切向离心喷嘴的雾化特性,并与预测值进行比较分析。研究结果表明:校核计算结果与设计计算值吻合较好,质量流量相对误差2.56%;切向离心喷嘴的雾化特性与典型离心喷嘴吻合度较高;数值模拟结果和公式预测值之间的误差较小,雾化锥角的相对误差为10.85%、平均速度为5.76%、液膜厚度为0.189%、流量系数为6.67%、破碎长度为6.08%。液滴粒径分布与罗辛-拉姆勒分布吻合度较好。The spray head of the regulator has an important role in the pressure control of the first circuit.In this paper,according to the working characteristics of the spray head of the regulator with slight differential pressure and significant flow rate,a four-inlet tangential centrifugal nozzle was designed based on the maximum flow theory,and the calculation of the calibration of the nozzle structure dimensions and the empirical or semi-empirical equation prediction of the atomization quality were carried out.The atomization process of the nozzle was simulated using the Fluent software VOF-to-DPM model,and the atomization characteristics of the four-inlet tangential centrifugal nozzle were obtained and compared with the predicted values.The results show that the results of the calibration calculations are in good agreement with the design calculation values,with a relative error of 2.56%in the mass flow rate;the atomization characteristics of the tangential centrifugal nozzle are in good agreement with typical centrifugal nozzles;the error between the numerical simulation results and the predicted values of the equation is small,with a relative error of 10.85%in atomization cone angle,5.76%in average velocity,0.189%in liquid film thickness,a flow coefficient of 6.67%,and the broken length of 6.08%.The droplet particle size distribution matches the Rosin-Ramler distribution well.
