摘　　要：艾滋病为一种严重的恶性传染性疾病,是感染人类免疫缺陷病毒所导致的疾病,传染途径较多,当患者感染后出现免疫功能低下则会引发呼吸系统、消化系统、神经系统、皮肤黏膜、骨骼疾病等多方面的问题,给患者的身心带来了严重的损害,是现代医学亟待解决的热点问题。《金匮要略》作为中医经典之一,备受历代医家推崇,至今仍具有重要的临床指导意义。近年来,中医药同仁运用《金匮要略》中方剂治疗艾滋病相关并发症取得了一定的临床效果,该文分析近年来各专家医者采用《金匮要略》中方剂治疗艾滋病相关并发症的疗效,并于最后指出《金匮要略》中相关方剂在艾滋病相关并发症科研中遇到的问题,以期为中医药防治艾滋病并发症提供新的思路。AIDS,as a serious malignant infectious disease,is a disease caused by infection with human immunodeficiency virus.There are many ways of transmission.If a patient has low immune function after infection,it will cause problems in respiratory system,digestive system,nervous system,skin mucosa,bone disease and other aspects,which will bring serious physical and mental damage to the patient.It is a hot issue to be solved urgently in modern medicine.Synopsis of Golden Chamber,as one of the classical Chinese medicine,has been highly respected by doctors of all dynasties and still has important clinical guiding significance.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine colleagues have applied the prescriptions of Synopsis of Golden Chamber to treat AIDS-related complications and achieved certain clinical results.This paper analyzes the application effects of various prescriptions under the Synopsis of Golden Chamber in the treatment of AIDS-related complications in recent years,and finally points out the relevant problems encountered in the research of the relevant prescriptions of Synopsis of Golden Chamber in the research of AIDS-related complications.In order to provide new ideas for TCM prevention and treatment of AIDS complications.
