摘 要:电动燃油泵的控制技术及其故障诊断和容错控制是研究多电飞机的关键性问题,根据航空发动机的工作原理和燃油供应需求建立电动燃油泵的数学模型。分析电动燃油泵的典型故障模式,设计基于模型的故障诊断模块实现其故障诊断。设计双主动余的电机控制系统,通过容错控制方法保证电动燃油泵在发生小型故障时仍能正常工作。The control technology,fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control of electric fuel pump are the key problems in the study of multi-electric aircraft.The mathematical model of electric fuel pump is established according to the working principle of aero-engine and fuel supply demand.This paper analyzes the typical fault mode of electric fuel pump,and designs a fault diagnosis module based on the model to realize its fault diagnosis.The motor control system with dual active redundancy is designed,and the fault-tolerant control method is used to ensure that the electric fuel pump can still work normally when small faults occur.
