摘  要:飞机结构强度试验中定点力加载通常靠液压系统来完成,在常用的液压系统中非对称液压缸应用广泛,而对于液压缸的控制一般使用传递函数来进行研究,传递函数能够直接反映液压缸控制的动态特性。相较于对称液压缸非对称液压缸的传递函数推导较为复杂,有诸多影响因素。本文基于液压缸的流量方程,对非对称液压缸的传递函数进行了推导,分析了其中的误差因素,并进行仿真与不同负载流量推导出的传递函数进行对比,发现负载流量定义能够使得仿真结果产生一定的改变。Fixed-point force loading in aircraft structural strength test is usually completed by hydraulic system,which is widely used in common hydraulic system with asymmetric hydraulic cylinders.Transfer function is generally used to study the control of hydraulic cylinders,and the transfer function can directly reflects the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic cylinder control.Compared with the symmetric hydraulic cylinder,the transfer function of asymmetric hydraulic cylinderis more com-plicated,and there are many influencing factors.In this paper,based on flow equation of hydraulic cylinder,the transfer function of the asymmetric hydraulic cylinder is derived,the error factors are analyzed,and the simulation is compared with the transfer function derived from different load flow,and it is found that the definition of load flow can make certain changes in the numerical simulation results.
