摘 要:鉴于钢丝绳隔振器具有良好的隔振性能及广泛的应用前景,开展了钢丝绳隔振器结构设计方法研究,给出了钢丝绳隔振器结构设计的指导思想;并基于钢丝绳的力学特性,提出采用双线性各向同性硬化模型模拟钢丝绳结构,利用仿真软件对钢丝绳隔振器进行力学特性仿真分析,能够快速评估钢丝绳隔振器的刚度与阻尼特性,从而为钢丝绳隔振系统的性能分析提供理论依据。In view of the excellent isolation performance and wide application prospects of wire rope isolators,a research on the structural design method of wire rope isolators was carried out,and the guiding ideology for the structural design of wire rope isolators was provided;Based on the mechanical properties of the wire rope,a bilinear isotropic hardening model is proposed to simulate the structure of the wire rope.Workbench Ansys simulation software is used to model and analyze the wire rope isolator,which can quickly evaluate the stiffness and damping characteristics of the wire rope isolator,providing a theoretical basis for the performance analysis of the wire rope isolator system.
