广东省危重新生儿转运护士护理能力现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨广东省危重新生儿转运护士的护理能力现状及其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2022年5—6月广东省35家医院参与危重新生儿转运的临床护士,使用自制一般情况调查表和护理能力问卷对其护理能力现状进行调查并分析其影响因素。结果:共回收问卷152份,收集有效问卷149份,有效回收率为98.02%。149名危重新生儿转运护士护理能力总分(91.19±10.88)分,条目均分(3.96±0.47)分。不同工作医院级别、工作医院所在区域、现所在科室、现所在科室工作年限及是否新生儿科专科护士的危重新生儿转运护士护理能力得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,工作医院级别、现所在科室、现所在科室工作年限、是否新生儿科专科护士是危重新生儿转运护士护理能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:广东省危重新生儿转运护士护理能力总体处于中等水平,故需加强对该区域危重新生儿转运护士护理能力的培养,制定危重新生儿转运护理质量标准体系,以全面提高危重新生儿转运护理队伍的核心胜任力。Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of nursing ability of nurses involved in the transport of critically ill neonatal in Guangdong Province.Methods Clinical nurses who participated in critically ill neonatal transport from 35 hospitals in Guangdong Province from May 1,2022 to June 30,2022 were selected by convenience sampling method.The current situation of their nursing ability was investigated by using self-made general situation questionnaire and nursing ability questionnaire,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results A total of 152 questionnaires were collected,and 149 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective recovery rate of 98.02%.The total score of nursing ability of 149 critical neonatal transport nurses was(91.19±10.88),and the total average score was(3.96±0.47).There were statistically significant differences in nursing ability scores of critically ill neonatal transport nurses among different working hospital levels,working hospital regions,current departments,working years in current departments and whether or not they were specialized nurses in neonatology(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the level of working hospital,the current department,the working years of the current department,and whether or not the neonatology specialty nurses were the factors affecting the nursing ability of critically ill neonatal transport nurses(P<0.05).Conclusions The nursing ability of critically ill neonatal transport nurses in Guangdong Province is generally at a medium level,so it is necessary to strengthen the training of the nursing ability of critically ill neonatal transport nurses in this region,and establish a quality standard system for critically ill neonatal transport nursing,so as to comprehensively improve the core competency of critically ill neonatal transport nursing teams.
