摘 要:针对城轨某三电平IGBT模块的散热问题,提出了复合基板-波纹翅散热器。运用数值模拟,对散热器的热性能进行了分析,并通过实验进行了验证。结果表明,复合基板-波纹翅散热器比常规基板散热器的热阻平均降低了24.8%,此外通过将弯曲热管嵌入基板,温度的不均匀度得到了明显的降低,降低约86.2%。复合基板-波纹翅散热器可以满足450 W模块的散热需求,温度不均匀度满足设计要求2 K。In order to solve the heat dissipation problem of a three-level IGBT module of urban rail,a composite substrate/corrugated fin heat sink was proposed.Thie thermal performance of the radiator was analyzed by numerical simulation and verified by experiments.The results show that the thermal resistance of the composite substrate/corrugated fin heat sink is reduced by an average of 24.8%compared with the conventional substrate heat sink.Additionally,by embedding the curved heat pipe into the substrate,the non-uniformity of temperature is significantly reduced by about 86.2%.In conclusion,the composite substrate/corrugated fin heat sink can meet the requirements of 450 W modules in regards to heat dissipation,and the temperature non-uniformity meets the requirements of the design within 2 K.
