摘　　要：肿瘤的早诊断、精准评估及治疗是改善患者预后、延长生存期、提高治愈率的重要途径。分子影像探针作为一种能够特异性显现肿瘤分子靶点的技术,在实现肿瘤的精准医疗中发挥了重要作用。全文就目前所开展的各类型分子影像探针如核医学分子影像探针、磁共振分子影像探针等展开综述,讨论其在肿瘤诊疗领域中的最新研究进展及未来临床应用可能。Early diagnosis,accurate assessment and treatment are crucial for improving therapeutic efficacy and prognosis of patients with malignant tumors.Molecular imaging probes are capable of revealing special molecular targets and conducive to precision medicine of malignant tumors.This paper reviews various types of molecular imaging probes currently developed,including probes in nuclear medicine and magnetic resonance imaging,and discusses the latest research progress and potential clinical applications in cancer diagnosis and treatment.
