摘  要:教师是外语教育的主要实践者和研究者,教师教研素养直接影响外语教育质量。本文从外语教育学视域聚焦教师教研素养,提出包含教研意识、理论素养、教研技能、教研意志与伦理素养五大要素的外语教师教研素养框架。文章还探讨了外语教师教研素养在推动外语教育学理论创新、促进外语教育实践革新、培养高质量外语教育人才等方面的关键作用,强调了具备教研素养的外语教师队伍对外语教育学持续创新发展的重要性。As the primary practitioners and researchers in foreign language education studies(FLES),teachers directly impact the quality of foreign language education with their teaching-based research literacy(TBRL).Focusing on teacher TBRL in the context of FLES,this paper proposes a TBRL framework for foreign language teachers,which includes five dimensions of teaching-based research(TBR)awareness,theoretical literacy,TBR skills,TBR volition,and ethical literacy.It also explores the critical roles of teacher TBRL in driving theoretical innovation in FLES,promoting practical reforms of foreign language education,and cultivating high-quality foreign language education professionals,all emphasizing the importance of a TBRL-literate foreign language teacher workforce for the continuous innovative development of the discipline.
