摘 要:为最大程度降低带式输送机断带危害,提高断带抓捕速度,缩短断带抓捕时间,将双插装阀和梭阀元件集成于断带保护液压储能模块中。给出了带式输送机断带保护液压储能系统的工作原理,建立了关键元件的数学模型,搭建了液压储能系统AMESIM仿真模型,比较了有无储能模块的液压缸活塞速度和位移动态性能,分析了蓄能器气囊充气容积和预充气压力对储能系统动态性能的影响规律,并搭建了试验装置进行系统性能验证,研究结果表明:相比无储能模块,抓捕速度提高了71.4%,抓捕时间缩短了55.5%;蓄能器预充气压力增加基本不影响充液时间,但气囊充气容积增加,充液时间明显增加;储能阶段,预充气压力较大者的气囊容积和压力变化量小,气囊充气容积较大者的充液容积变化量大,压力变化量相同;释能阶段,随预充气压力增大,气囊容积变化量逐渐增加,缩短了抓捕时间。蓄能器预充气压力、气囊容积增大,活塞速度增大,均有助于缩短活塞缩回时间;试验装置实测液压缸缩回时间为3.3 s,蓄能器气囊压力变化率为20.5%。To minimize the harm of conveyor belt breakage,improve the speed of belt breakage capture,and shorten the time of belt breakage capture,dual cartridge valves and shuttle valves are integrated into the hydraulic energy storage module for belt breakage protection.The working principle of the hydraulic energy storage system with belt breakage protection is provided.The mathematical model for the key components of the system is established.The system AMESIM simulation model is built.The changes in the hydraulic cylinder piston speed and displacement with and without energy storage modules are compared.The influence of accumulator airbag volume and pre-inflation pressure on the dynamic performance of the system is analyzed.And the testing device is built for system performance verification.The research results indicate that compared to the absence of energy storage modules,the capture speed has increased by 71.4%,and the capture time has been shortened by 55.5%.The increase in pre-inflation pressure of the accumulator does not significantly affect the filling time,but the increase in airbag inflation volume leads to a significant increase in filling time.In the energy storage stage,the airbag volume and pressure change of those with higher pre-charge air pressure are smaller.The volume change of the airbag with a larger inflation volume is greater,and the pressure change is the same.In the energy release stage,as the pre-inflation pressure increases,the volume change of the airbag gradually increases,and the capture time is gradually shortened.The pre-inflation pressure of the accumulator,the increase in airbag volume,and the increase in piston speed all contribute to shortening the piston retraction time.The measured hydraulic cylinder retraction time is 3.3 seconds,and the pressure change rate of the accumulator airbag is 20.5%.
